• User: Any individual or organization with a PlanLoom account
• Organization: A multi-user workspace within PlanLoom
• Invitee: Individuals who book appointments through PlanLoom

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlanLoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To use PlanLoom, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

PlanLoom offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans with varying features and limits. Full details are available on our pricing page.

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

PlanLoom and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qraft B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service.

7. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

PlanLoom is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
